Vision Miner

With its high tensional and flexural strength, flame resistance, outstanding rheology resulting in a great dimensional stability, high work temperature and high chemical resistance, as well as biocompatibility, this PEI Blend is used in a variety of high performance applications in aerospace, medical devices, automotive and electrical/electronics applications. Our PEI Blend is made from ULTEM™ 9085 resin created by SABIC.


Due to its ultimate properties, this material is often used in tooling applications, including but not limited to injection molds, vacuum forming tools, and composites autoclavable tools. 

Our PEI Blend is especially good for Automotive applications, due to it's high strength and resistance to chemicals. 

Filament Specifications:

  • Diameter:  1.75mm (+/- 0.05mm)
  • Colors:  Translucent Orange/Gold

Recommended Printing Specs:

  • Nozzle Temperature: 350 – 390°C (all-metal extruder required)
  • Buildplate Temperature: 140 – 160°C
  • Chamber temperature of 90°C
  • Bed Prep: PVP Gluestick on Glass with our bed prep process
  • No cooling fans
  • Print speeds of 15-20mm/s (starting point)
