The INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT is designed specifically to 3D print high-performance functional materials like PEEK, ULTEM and PPSU, in addition to a broad range of engineering thermoplastics. Users can achieve 50-micron, high-resolution, industrial-quality 3D printing with the INTAMSYS FUNMAT HT.
 
The advanced thermal system of this 3D printer allows for a 90°C constant temperature chamber, 160°C heated buildplate, and 450°C high-temperature extruder with an all-metal hotend. The Funmat HT 3D Printer features Power Failure Recovery and Filament Absence Warnings. 

Build volume of the FUNMAT HT is 260 x 260 x 260 mm, and you can use any 1.75mm filament.

Set up the printer

  1. All the maintenance should be in power off mode.
  2. Gently place the printer on a flat and strong platform. Use the Allen key to remove the four screws holding the X & Y axis .
  3. Install the motor above the extruder, and ensure the bowden tube is in its proper position.
  4. Open the front door to insert the glass plate and fix the glass plate with the screw on the right side of the platform.
  5. Connect the power cable and power on your printer.
