Markers are the worst part of tracker-style 3D scanning. Placing them, pulling them off, and cleaning upthe data afterward can take longer than the scan itself.

The EinScan Trak skips all of it. The retroreflective markers live on the spherical scanner module, not on your part -- the wireless tracker watches the scanner's position in real time, so you get a full 15m3 tracking volume that captures large surfaces with zero surface prep. When the job calls for tighter detail, detach the handheld scanner and switch to marker free laser scanning for feature-rich areas.

Hot Swappable Batteries

In tracker mode, dual 5400 mAh hot-swappable batteries run up to 5.5 hours of continuous scanning and you can swap one on the fly without shutting anything down. Detached, the handheld scanner runs about 3.5 hours on its own battery. Scan a vehicle exterior in the lot or crawl around the interior; the power keeps up.

Track Without Markers

The tracker monitors the scanner's position wirelessly from 800 to 4000mm away, across a 15m³ working volume. That's the whole trick: the markers are on the scanner, not your part, so panels, castings, and weldments scan directly. No prep, no cleanup.

Accurate Where It Counts

Up to 0.1mm volumetric accuracy at 2,630,000 points per second, with resolution adjustable from 0.05 to 10mm. Run coarse and fast across large surfaces, then dial in fine detail where the part demands it without giving up speed.
