When a build finishes, roll the build unit out and roll the next one in. 5-minute changeover, no cooldown wait.

Adaptive Thermal Control delivers, holds, and sinters powder at a stable temperature across the whole bed. That's what lets you pack the build however you want -- no cold spots, no warping, no part-quality penalty for filling the chamber.

Print Intelligence runs AI computer vision on every layer, catching and isolating anomalies in real time. Fewer surprise failures, more builds that come off the printer right the first time.

The whole workflow installs in about an hour and runs without a dedicated operator -- prepare,
print, swap, unpack, finish.

(1) Prepare

Auto-pack and optimize in PreForm

Drop in your models -- STL, OBJ, 3MF, or straight from most CAD -- and PreForm auto-packs the build for density. Orient, hollow, label, and estimate print time before you commit, so you cut print time and waste less powder.

(2) Print

Large parts in hours, not days

Most large builds finish in under 24 hours. Need it today? Same-day large parts in about 5 hours. Print Intelligence watches every layer and masks anomalies as they happen, so one defect doesn't cost you the whole build.

(3) Swap

5-minute changeovers with the Fuse X1 Build Unit

5-minute changeovers, by design. Roll the finished build unit out, roll the next one in -- blind-mate power and data connectors line up on their own. The finished unit cools naturally on its own insulation while the printer starts the next job. No waiting on the chamber.

(4) Unpack

Hands-off powder recovery with Fuse Sift X1

Breakout stays clean and contained. The Fuse Sift X1 puts integrated compressed air, a sealed
glovebox, and a parts hatch in one station -- powder stays out of your shop air and off your bench. It holds 3 to 5 full builds of used powder and moves it to the Mix Kit automatically.

Clean and polish with Fuse Blast

Clean and polish in one place. The new 400mm Fuse Blast Large Tumbler Basket takes 2-3 Fuse build volumes at once -- 50% more parts per cycle. Add the optional Polishing System and parts come out smooth, semi-gloss, and ready to dye.
