FreeScan Omni is an inspection-ready, metrology-grade 3D scanner that runs scanning, meshing, inspection, and reporting directly on the device. Designed for mobility, it’s fully wireless with hot-swappable batteries and a dock that provides quick power and automatic network setup. A PTB-certified inspection module and integrated video photogrammetry (no coded markers) help ensure consistent volumetric accuracy (0.02 + 0.03 mm/m). Multi-mode capture includes 93-line high-speed scanning for coverage, 25 parallel lines for fine detail, a single-line mode for deep pockets, and an IR rapid mode for fast, marker-free work—plus blue laser & IR VCSEL flexibility for challenging surfaces. It’s shop-floor tough, lab-ready precise, and field-friendly for on-the-go QC.

* Volumetric accuracy refers to the relationship between 3D data accuracy and object size; the accuracy is reduced by 0.1mm per 100cm(standard scan & body scan). The conclusion is obtained by measuring the center of sphere under marker alignment.
