Designed for high-temperature, large-scale manufacturing, the INTAMSYS Funmat Pro HT 3D Printer harnesses the power of PEEK and PEI & PEI Blends filaments in addition to a variety of other standard materials to print objects up to two feet tall! The Funmat Pro HT is also built to handle large-scale batch production for any products, ranging from gaskets and seals to gears and brackets. With an extruder capable of reaching a blistering 450°C, a 160°C heated platform, and a 120°C temperature-controlled chamber, the Pro HT achieves true large scale/batch production possibilities with its 1.5 x 1.5 x 2 ft (450 x 450 x 600mm) build volume.

In addition to being our largest model, the Funmat Pro HT 3D Printer is also has versatile features such as wheels, to allow for easy moving in the workplace. All of our models come with failsafe features like the Power Failure Recovery System, which can pause and resume prints in the event of a blackout or brownout, and Filament Absence Warnings which notify you when to replace your filament.

Not only are our Funmat Pro HT 3D printers programmed to protect your prints, but they also ensure dimensional accuracy with tolerances of up to 12.5 microns. All of these features are wrapped around a sleek, all-metal enclosure, providing insulation and protection for your production process.
