The SAAM High-Temperature 3D Printer by CINCINNATI can print with virtually any material, from PEEK to Nylon, at a resolution of 11 microns. Reaching temperatures of 500°C at the nozzle, 250°C heated bed, and a heated chamber of 110°C, the SAAM HT can print nearly any material on the market.
SAAM HT is optimized for fabrication of tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and functional parts.
Build Volume:
200 x 190 x 240 mm
Designed for materials which perform at operating temperatures past 300°C - extruded at 400°C and above, they are the world's highest-performing polymers.
These materials exhibit excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, solvents, grease & oils, radiation, and perform in a variety of other extreme environments.
Many of these polymers are used to replace metal; combining high strength-to-weight ratio and rigidity with chemical resistance and heat deflection, they can often be used where metal cannot.
Filament Low / Jam Warning
When filament is running out, or has stopped extruding, this is recognized by the printer, and the print will pause. Never worry about low filament again!
Continuous Part Printing / Automated Removal
Using CI’s patented Automated Ejection System, you can leave your SAAM printing 24/7 as the machine automatically removes finished prints and starts new jobs without user intervention.
US-Based Dedicated Support
You’ll get guaranteed 24/7 support from Cincinnati, a 120-year-old US-based manufacturing firm, known for their automation products
Accurate to 11 Microns
With an advanced motion system and quality machining, the SAAM HT is capable of 11 micron stepping resolution.
Cloud-Enabled Printing with Remote Monitoring
Featuring a custom-coded version of Octoprint, CI-Print allows you to monitor, upload, start, stop, and remove prints from anywhere in the world!
Compatible with Industry-Standard Slicing Software
You can always use the latest Cura, Simplify3D, Slic3r, and other toolpath generators for all your slicing needs :)
